Hi Reader, Last week, I spoke about letting go of what no longer works for us in business, but in life as well. I also offered a practice you can use for letting go. Letting go is the first step that should be done before deciding what you want to bring into the new year. But that’s a topic for next time. That’s one of the biggest fears I’ve been working with in my life since … forever. The important thing to remember is that the fear of being seen (or anything else, probably?) can be remedied. I hesitate to say “overcome”, even though, technically we are overcoming it with every step we take. I’ve also spoken about how having trauma or even...
Hi Reader, If you read my last newsletter, I shared that I was closing my Facebook group. Today is, in fact, the last day of the group. As I shared, I'm not doing this because I don’t want community. I’m actually really craving it these days, as are many of us. I’m doing this because Facebook is no longer aligned, so I’m moving on and considering other places to create that community. (As a side note, I just joined BlueSky Social. Also I’m finally making my way to Substack.) But I mentioned...
